What is the ruling on a husband sucking his wife's breast during the day in Ramadan, knowing that the breast contains no milk and the sucking is for the purpose of alleviating the pain of muscle spasms in the wife's chest?

If a man sucks his wife's breast during the day in Ramadan (definition) out of need, there is no harm in it, provided that neither of their desires is aroused, no ejaculation occurs from either of them, and nothing separates and reaches the interior of the body. If any of that happens, it is forbidden, and the fast of the one who ejaculates or whose interior receives something is broken.
