What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding marital relations with a husband who drinks alcohol and requests intercourse, especially with the mixing of saliva during kissing?

Alcohol is the mother of all evils, and drinking it is one of the gravest sins. There is no distinction in its prohibition between a small amount and a large amount. A wife is not permitted to refuse her husband if he calls her to bed, except for a legitimate Shar'i (Islamic legal) excuse. However, he must rinse his mouth of the alcohol. It is not permissible for the wife to allow him to kiss her so that her saliva does not mix with his saliva, which is mixed with alcohol. If this happens, she must rinse her mouth and not swallow her saliva, because alcohol is impure. The husband must be advised to repent from drinking alcohol; otherwise, she has the right to seek divorce. It is not permissible for her to sit with him while he is drinking alcohol.
