Is it the case that one who deems permissible looking at foreign women and thinking about them in this world, and dies upon that without repentance, will be deprived of the Houris of Paradise, by analogy with the prohibition of wine and silk in the Hereafter for one who used them in this world?

Looking at the 'awrah (private parts) of foreign women is forbidden and not permissible to deem lawful. Allah has commanded believers to lower their gaze and has warned against following glances. If one's gaze unintentionally falls upon a foreign woman, there is no sin, but one must avert the gaze and not prolong the look. Some scholars have explicitly stated the prohibition of contemplating the beauty of a foreign woman. As for this leading to deprivation from the Houris (maidens of Paradise), no textual evidence has been reported concerning it.
