Are the Houris of Paradise superior to the women of this world now, and how do they know that a woman is harming her husband?

There is no authentic evidence that establishes a preference between the women of this world and the Houris (maidens of Paradise). What has been reported is the hadith of Mu'adh ibn Jabal from the Prophet (peace be upon him): "No woman ever harms her husband in this world but his wife among the Houris says: 'Do not harm him—may Allah fight you—for he is only a guest with you, and he is about to leave you to come to us.'" This was narrated by Tirmidhi and authenticated by Al-Albani. How the Houris know about the wife's harm to her husband is among the matters of the unseen that we do not know. One must believe and submit to what has been authentically reported.
