What is the ruling on buying stolen cars from military camps that were under the command of the tyrant, or acting as an intermediary in their sale?

These vehicles are public property, so it is impermissible to monopolize them, or to buy or accept them from an aggressor. Whoever has taken them must return them to the ruler.
