Is it permissible to purchase looted materials from military or intelligence agencies, such as a military binocular or a car, for personal use?

It is not permissible to buy plundered goods if the buyer knows them to be so, because the ruling on plundered money is the same as that on stolen money. There is a prohibition against buying stolen goods, so whoever buys stolen property knowing it to be such has participated in its sin. The servant will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about his wealth, from where he acquired it. Furthermore, buying plundered goods encourages plunderers, and Allah the Almighty has forbidden cooperation in sin and aggression.
