Am I entitled to file a complaint against my manager with the Bureau of Grievances after he falsely and slanderously accused me by saying, "Leave the effeminate ones alone"?

What the man does—lying, slandering, backbiting, and calumny—is a grave evil. The Sharia has promised severe punishment for its perpetrator. As for what he said to you, and whether it constitutes qadhf (slanderous accusation of unchastity) that necessitates a hadd punishment or not, this is for the judiciary to decide, because his words are not an explicit accusation of qadhf; rather, they are an innuendo or insinuation, depending on the circumstances and custom. You may complain about him to whoever can give you justice, due to Allah Almighty's saying: "Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged."
