Is it permissible for me to object to my father's sale of two properties to my brother at a very low price, and is this sale considered an injustice?

If a father intends to sell his property to one of his children at a very low price to favor him over his siblings, this is a forbidden stratagem that causes animosity among them and contravenes the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." However, if the sale is genuine due to his need for money, he must sell it at market price. If he wishes to be lenient with his son, it should only be by a small amount. If there are multiple buyers offering market price, he must draw lots among them. If the father deviates and shows favoritism to some of his children, and the others are not pleased, they have the right to object and demand justice, either by being given the equivalent of what was given or by being compensated for the financial difference. The father must equalize among his children in gifts and endowments.
