What is the advice that would benefit someone who complains about the scarcity of good people and the weakness of faith in an Arab Islamic country?

You should recite the Qur'an, ponder its meanings, and listen to its recitation, along with reading Tafsir Al-Sa'di. Also, frequently remember Allah through the prescribed adhkar, and observe the pillars of Islam, while hoping for Allah's mercy and relying upon Him, for "faith increases with obedience to Allah and decreases with disobedience to Him." Be diligent in performing the prayers on time in congregation and paying zakat. Keep company with righteous and virtuous people, and avoid those who innovate in religion or commit sins. Increase your acts of supererogatory good deeds, and implore Allah for success. By doing so, faith will increase, you will attain goodness, and you will grow in excellence and uprightness.
