Who is entitled to the profits generated from the blood money deposited in the bank by the mediator, and do the killer's family or the victim's family have the right to dispose of it?

This money, generated from placing funds in an interest-based (usurious) bank, is illicit money with no owner. It must be spent on charitable causes and general Muslim welfare, or given as alms to the poor and needy, including the construction of mosques. As for the location of the mosque, it should be built in a place where there is a need for it. The intermediary does not have the right to unilaterally decide on this matter, as no one has authority over this money except the authority to spend it on good deeds and for the benefit of Muslims.
