Is it permissible for a married woman to work in a family counseling center that requires offering advice to sisters concerning marital relations and intimacy, knowing how to observe the Sharia guidelines?

It is permissible for a woman to work if it adheres to Islamic regulations. However, it is preferable for her to remain in her home unless there is a need or a specialization that society requires. A woman's work in reconciling people, especially between spouses, if it adheres to Islamic regulations and her intention is pure, is considered among the best deeds. This is because Allah the Almighty says: "No good is there in much of their private conversation, except for whoever enjoins charity or what is right or conciliation between people. And whoever does that seeking means to the approval of Allah - We will give him a great reward" (An-Nisa:114). Enjoining women to be good wives to their husbands and obey them in what is right, and everything that contributes to the stability of married life, is considered enjoining what is right and reconciliation. It is a good deed for which the doer will be rewarded if the intention is pure.
