What are the rights and duties of a woman in Islam, and is she entitled to interfere in her husband's external affairs related to work, or is her role limited to advice, especially if she believes that these matters may harm the family?

Marital life is based on affection, mercy, and cooperation, and each spouse strives to make the other happy through good words and deeds. If one spouse observes a mistake from the other, they should advise them, avoiding abusive language and public admonishment, and be a support in calming and guiding them. Allah the Almighty said: (And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy). As for reviling, it corrupts more than it rectifies. The wife should know that she is an advisor, and her opinion is not binding. If the husband accepts it, that is good; otherwise, she must help him rectify any mistakes.
