What are the working wife's rights over her husband?

The right of a working wife does not differ from that of a non-working wife. If a wife stipulated her right to work to her husband at the time of marriage, he must fulfill this condition and not prevent her from engaging in permissible work that adheres to Islamic guidelines. The husband should not burden her or demand from her beyond her capacity. What a working woman earns is her exclusive right, and the husband is not permitted to force her to give him any of her money.
