Is it permissible to name a daughter "Nardeen" and a son "Al-Fajr"?

There is no objection to naming a child "Fajr" (Dawn), because it can carry praiseworthy meanings such as generosity and light. The origin of "fajr" is splitting open, and the breaking of darkness by the light of morning. Among its meanings are the illumination of morning and the generosity of a man.
