Is the debt that the woman paid to her husband, from money she saved from household expenses, which her husband used to give her, considered to have been settled on behalf of her deceased father, and is she obligated to repay it again now that her salary is fully at her disposal?

A wife's salary is her right, and her husband has no authority over it except with her cheerful consent. It is not permissible for a wife to dispose of her husband's private property outside of the customary spending without his permission, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "A woman should not spend anything from her husband's house except with her husband's permission." The father's debt has not been absolved, because the debt must be paid from his estate before the inheritance is divided, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The soul of the son of Adam remains suspended by his debt until it is paid on his behalf."
