Must a daughter visit her father who harms her with insults, curses, obscene language, beatings, and physical harassment, given her fear of entering Hell for not honoring him, and her fear of Allah Almighty's wrath upon her due to his anger?

The situation you described regarding your father's abusive actions, especially the harassment, does not negate his right to your good companionship, nor does it permit you to sever ties with him. This is because Allah commanded good companionship with parents, even if they are polytheists. Al-Bukhari mentioned a narration from Ibn Abbas, who said: "If one of them (the parents) is angered, Allah will not be pleased with him (the child) until they (the parents) are pleased with him." It was asked: "Even if they wrong him?" He replied: "Even if they wrong him." Therefore, you must visit him and maintain ties with him in a manner and to an extent that does not harm you, and seek reward for that, as honoring one's parents is among the best deeds and most beloved to Allah.
