Is a husband's obedience to his wife regarding daily expenses obligatory, just as a wife's obedience to her husband is obligatory, and does the wife have the right to participate in managing household finances?

The marital relationship necessitates cohabitation with kindness, fulfilling the wife's rights completely, maintaining good character, and refraining from harm. The husband is not obliged to obey his wife in everything, but rather in her rights, such as the dowry, and the obligatory maintenance for food, drink, clothing, and housing, and gratifying her through intercourse, spending the night, and fair division. He is not obliged to give her money to manage the household; rather, he can manage it himself with kindness. The husband is not obliged to pay for his wife's medical treatment according to the majority of jurists, although some scholars deem it obligatory based on custom. The wife must obey her husband with kindness, for his right over her is greater, as per the verse: "And men have a degree over them."
