Can organizations that call for an Islamic revival, yet advocate mixing between sexes, removing the beard and the niqab, and focus on human development without শরীয়া knowledge, bring about a revival for the Muslim Ummah?

The true renaissance for Muslims means a sincere return to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, according to the understanding of the righteous predecessors, because what rectified the first of this Ummah will rectify its last. This applies to understanding, action, thought, and conduct, and it requires repentance to Allah, preferring the Hereafter over this world, and a comprehensive return to what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions were upon in understanding and applying the religion. As for considering sins and violations of Islamic law, such as intermixing (between genders), shaving the beard, and uncovering the face (for those who hold the view that covering it is obligatory), as manifestations of renaissance, this is an inversion of facts; for sins are the cause of the corruption of nations.
