What should I do with my wife who does not maintain prayer except during Ramadan, and does not respect its times, and how do I answer my six-year-old daughter when she asks me why I pray and her mother does not?

A Muslim wife must fear Allah and rid herself of the habit of abandoning prayer, and seek Allah's help to perform it with humility and at its appointed times, and to be a good role model for her children in observing it.
