What is my responsibility towards my wife who is negligent in performing Salah, and is it better for me to stay with her or divorce her, taking into consideration the presence of daughters?

It is incumbent upon the husband to guide his family and command them to pray, and to strive to encourage them and warn them, and to reward and encourage them. If negligence persists, one may sometimes resort to strictness, such as boycotting or threatening divorce, so that serious individuals may know that there is no laxity in this matter. The intention is to rectify their situation, with patience and abundant supplication.
