The answer

The Islamic da'wah in this era needs the establishment of an Islamic state that embraces the message of Islam as creed, system, and way of life, and bases its entire life upon it. This state is an Islamic and human necessity to present a model that combines religion and worldly life, and it is the first building block for the establishment of the great Islamic state. However, the forces hostile to Islam exert tremendous efforts to prevent its establishment, and do not permit an Islamic state that establishes Islam as and a system of life, while permitting others. And Allah is predominant over His affair, and it is not far from Him to restore the glory of the Muslims by forming an Islamic state that preserves for them their religion and their worldly life.
