What is the ruling on semen exiting without feeling its emission as a result of sexual harassment of children during the daytime in Ramadan?

Molesting children is a heinous and repulsive sin, akin to the different levels of sodomy. Its sinfulness is magnified in Ramadan (definition). Whoever commits it must repent immediately and increase their seeking of forgiveness and performing good deeds. The discharge that exits without conscious awareness is likely pre-seminal fluid (madhiy), which does not invalidate the fast. However, if it is semen (maniy), it invalidates the fast and requires making up the day without expiation.
