The answer

A Muslim should say what was narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "All praise is due to Allah in every circumstance, and I seek refuge in Allah from the state of the people of Hellfire." If he sees what he likes, he should say: "All praise is due to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are perfected." If he sees what he dislikes, he should say: "All praise is due to Allah in every circumstance." Therefore, it is not permissible to exclude anything from praising Allah, and he must be content with His decree and praise Him in every circumstance.
