Is Rabee' al-Madkhali's Salafism stronger than al-Albani's Salafism, and which of the two is more worthy of being followed?

Salafism is the return to what the righteous predecessors, the Companions and their Successors, were upon in understanding the Book and the Sunnah and acting upon them. It is not exclusive to a specific group; rather, the Ummah must be united upon this clear methodology, not on the basis of division and partisanship. A Muslim is advised to strive in seeking beneficial Islamic knowledge.
