Is it permissible to go to the mosque wearing perfume that contains alcohol, or not?

The preponderant view is that perfumes mixed with alcohol are impure (najis), and therefore, it is absolutely impermissible to use them, especially for someone who intends to pray, due to the condition of being free from impurity for the prayer's validity.
