Does the Prophet's hadith: "It is the right of the Muslim man to look at what calls him to marry a woman whom he is considering marrying" give the other party the right to inform the woman of this, and not warn against it, knowing that she is harmed by the man's gaze penetrating her body under this claim, especially if the man withdraws without knowing the reason for that?

Islam permits a suitor to look at the woman he intends to propose to, specifically at what would encourage him to marry her. This is something the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged, as he said: "If one of you proposes to a woman, and he is able to look at what would encourage him to marry her, then let him do so." He also said: "Look at her, for it is more likely to create harmony between you." If she pleases him, he proposes; otherwise, he leaves her without informing her of the reason for rejection. She should not be affected by this, for it might contain good for her. Marriage is a matter of destiny and fate, and "it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know."
