What is the ruling on offering food to non-Muslims before the Maghrib call to prayer in Ramadan?

It is not permissible to offer food or drink to a non-Muslim during the daytime in Ramadan, because disbelievers are addressed by the ancillary rulings of the Shari'ah, and this would be considered assisting them in sin.
