Can the wedding feast be a substitute for the expiatory feeding of sixty poor people, knowing that the questioner will bear all the costs?

It is permissible when expiating to invite the necessary number of indigent people and prepare food for them that will satiate them, from the average food of the one expiating. It is not sufficient to invite people to a wedding feast with the intention of expiation, unless one specifically prepares special food for that purpose and deliberately invites sixty indigent people in addition to those already invited, such that the wealthy are invited with the intention of the wedding feast, and the indigent are invited with the intention of expiation.
