Is it permissible for a woman who speaks falsehoods with her fiancé online and feels guilty, to learn the Holy Quran while still committing this sin, fearing that the Quran might curse her, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "Many a reciter of the Quran, and the Quran curses him"?

It is permissible for the sister to learn the Qur’an while she is in a state of sin, for good deeds erase bad deeds, and perhaps Allah will guide her through the Qur’an and its people. She must stop talking to her fiancé because he is still a stranger to her, especially ugly talk, for a believer is not indecent or obscene. She should know that sin is ill-omened and deprives of blessing, and that what is with Allah cannot be attained by disobeying Him. So, she must fear Allah and offer sincere repentance.
