Is it permissible to use phrases such as "perfect in creation" or "congenital defects" to describe a newborn, even though Allah Almighty said: "We have certainly created man in the best of stature"?

God created humanity in the best and most upright form. However, a child may be born with an incomplete creation due to profound wisdom. The phrase "birth defects" is not intended to imply a negative assumption about God, but rather it is a description of the deficiency that God may ordain in the creation of a servant, and for which they may be criticized. Scholars have permitted the use of this term, for God creates what He wills, and defects can be either congenital (physical) or moral (psychological or behavioral).
