Is it permissible to imagine fictional movies on a day in Ramadan?

Imagine movies that are not permissible to watch in the first place. It is not allowed, because it leads to the heart becoming attached to them and may lead to committing religious transgressions. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that it is not permissible for an unmarried young man to think about sexual intercourse because it is a pretext for falling into indecency. It must be noted that if bad thoughts recur and are not repelled, they settle in the mind and one becomes accountable for them, unlike fleeting thoughts. Prohibited acts and disliked acts, though more severe in Ramadan, must be mindful of Allah concerning them at all times.
