If sticky pre-seminal fluid (madhy) falls on wet clothes, does every wet part connected to that impurity become defiled?

If madhy (pre-seminal fluid) impurity afflicts a wet garment or body, the entire area does not become impure. Rather, only the specific spot that is certainly known to have been affected becomes impure. The known impure spot must be washed. If its location is hidden, then according to the majority of scholars, the entire area of the garment or body where the impurity is suspected to have landed must be washed.
