Is zakat obligatory on cattle if the mother distributes from its milk, fat, and milk?

Zakat is obligatory on cattle if two conditions are met:

First: Their number reaches thirty or more, with complete ownership and the passing of a full year (hawl). For every thirty, a tabi' or tabiah is due, and for every forty, a musinnah.

Second: They must be sa'imah, meaning they rely on grazing in the wilderness for most of the year and are not fed most of the time.

If the number of cattle is less than thirty, or if they are fed and do not graze for most of the year, then no zakat is due on them.
