Is it permissible to play musical instruments at a women's wedding party without indecency, taking into account the mother's psychological state?

Musical instruments and wind instruments are forbidden by consensus, with the exception of the drum for women on Eid and at weddings, provided that the accompanying words are of good meaning. It is not permissible to use musical instruments at a wedding except for the drum. There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator.
