Is it permissible to marry without the father's consent if he prevents his daughter from marrying a suitable suitor, despite the suitor and his family having been insulted by the father, and with the passage of time the father's refusal turned into physical and psychological violence, forcing the daughter to quit her education, refusing her medical treatment, and threatening her with suicide, knowing that the father permits his daughter to commit haram, and there are no Sharia courts in their country?

Your father is unjust to you for what he does: cursing, beating, imprisoning, depriving you of treatment, and preventing you from marrying a suitable man (Al-Adal). This makes him unjust and wicked, and his guardianship in marriage is forfeited. The guardianship then transfers to the closer relatives, then to the legitimate ruler. You are not permitted to marry without a guardian. If you have become attached to this man and fear temptation (fitna), refer your matter to the judiciary. It is permissible to resort to man-made laws when necessary to reclaim rights.
