It is permissible for a officially licensed office to charge fees and profit for service and contracting works. There is no Sharia (definition) limit to the amount of profit; rather, it depends on mutual agreement between the two parties. Although donating such works is better, charging a material fee does not negate the original reward for one whose intention is good and who works with honesty and proficiency.
