Is it obligatory for someone who missed prayers for a week because she did not know how to perform ablution and wipe over a splint to make up those missed prayers?

A woman must make up all the prayers she missed due to her ignorance of the obligation of ablution (wudu') and prayer during her illness, and she must make them up in their proper order. She should hasten to make them up and seek forgiveness for abandoning prayer and for her negligence in asking, because prayer is a great pillar that is never waived for a Muslim under any circumstance.
