What is the ruling on one who swears falsely by Allah to sell his merchandise at the price he specified?

Lying in an oath to promote a commodity and sell it is among the gravest of sins, and a severe warning has been issued for its perpetrator. One must repent to Allah Almighty, and try to seek forgiveness from the buyer if possible, or supplicate for their well-being. The sale is valid due to the fulfillment of its conditions and pillars. A false oath (al-yamin al-ghamūs) has no expiation other than sincere repentance.
