She will not become lawful for you until she marries another husband, and he divorces her after consummating the marriage. However, according to the madhhab (definition) of Ibn Taymiyyah, the divorce does not occur if you did not intend to effectuate it, or a single divorce occurs if you did intend it, and you retain the right to take her back before the end of her waiting period, provided that the total of previous divorces has not reached three.
