Does divorce occur by imagining the words "you are divorced" to oneself while thinking with agitation and anger?

Divorce does not occur by mere intention or by what one says to oneself unless it is uttered verbally. If the husband utters an explicit divorce, his divorce is effective regardless of whether the wife or others hear it. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the one uttering it is aware of what he is saying. Divorcing a woman before consummation and seclusion is an irrevocable divorce (talaq bain), meaning there is no possibility of reconciliation. It is advised to present the matter to trustworthy scholars.
