Does the deceased's only daughter inherit from her married mother, or do her maternal uncles, maternal aunts, and stepfather share in the inheritance?

The share of the deceased daughter is inherited by her heirs. If she passed away leaving a husband, one daughter, and brothers and sisters, then the daughter receives half, as Allah says: "And if there is only one, she will have half." The husband receives a quarter due to the presence of a child, as Allah says: "But if they have a child, then you get a fourth of what they leave." The remainder goes to the brothers and sisters, with the male receiving the share of two females if they are full siblings or paternal siblings. If some are full siblings and some are paternal siblings, the full siblings exclude the paternal siblings. As for maternal siblings, they are excluded by the presence of a direct descendant heir. Matters of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia courts to verify all heirs, wills, and debts.
