Is the daughter the sole heir of the deceased, and what is the ruling on the inheritance of the sons and daughters of the maternal uncle who died before her?

The daughter takes the entire inheritance of her deceased mother: half of it by way of fard (fixed share) as per the Almighty's saying, "And if there is only one, then she receives half," and the other half by way of radd (return), due to the absence of 'asabah (agnate heirs). The sons and daughters of the maternal uncle have no share because they are not among the legal heirs.
