This will is null and fabricated. Al-Albani mentioned that its defect lies with Ishaq ibn Najiḥ al-Malṭī, the mendacious fabricator, and that it is manifestly void. Al-Dhahabi also reported in his summary that Ibn Hibban said about the hadith (definition): "Ibn Wahb — a charlatan — was alone in narrating it from Shuja' ibn al-Walid, from Khasif, from Mujahid, from Abu Sa'id." Al-Suyuti also included it in "Al-La'ali al-Masnu'ah fi al-Ahadith al-Mawdu'ah" (The Fabricated Traditions).
