Is a wife's obedience to her husband in not admitting guests without his permission limited to cases where the house is in the husband's name?

Women have been commanded to obey their husbands and safeguard their rights. This includes not allowing anyone into the house without the husband's permission, whether that person is a non-mahram man, a woman, or one of the wife's mahram relatives. This is because the fundamental principle is that it is forbidden to enter a person's home without their permission. This ruling does not change if the house is not owned by the husband; rather, it applies because it is his dwelling, and it relates to the man's qawamah (guardianship/headship) over his home and family.
