What is the ruling on obsessive thoughts regarding ritual purity from menstruation due to continuous discharge and the delay in the appearance of the white discharge (al-Qassah al-Bayda’) for 13 days after the cessation of blood, especially during Ramadan?

A woman recognizes purity by one of two signs: dryness (which means inserting a cotton swab into the private area and it comes out clean with no trace of blood, yellowish discharge, or brownish discharge), or the white discharge (al-qassah al-bayḍā’). So, when a woman sees either of these two signs, she has become pure, and she must perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray. She should not pay attention to any discharges she sees after that, such as yellowish or brownish discharge, as these are not considered menstruation after purity. This ruling applies during Ramadan and at other times, and there is no need to wait for the white discharge at all.
