Is it permissible to postpone the expiation for 60 broken oaths until after performing Umrah in order to save the necessary money for it, or is it permissible to fast the expiation concurrently with saving for Umrah?
If a person swears not to return to a sin, then does return to it, and repeats his oath concerning the same sin before expiating, then he owes only one expiation. However, if he expiates his first oath and then swears again and returns to the sin, another expiation becomes obligatory upon him.
If the expiations for oaths multiply and he is unable to combine them with performing Umrah, he must prioritize the expiation because it is obligatory immediately according to the majority of scholars. They also stipulated that Hajj and Umrah are not obligatory until after fulfilling other duties, such as expiations. If funds are available, he must feed ten poor persons or clothe them; otherwise, he must fast.
