What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a man who prevents his son from bringing his wife to live with him abroad, threatening him with disinheritance, and is bringing the wife without his consent considered an act of disobedience?

A husband should not be absent from his wife for more than six months except with her permission, based on the narration of Umar ibn al-Khattab with his daughter Hafsa. You must return to your family, or bring them to you, to ensure your chastity and theirs, and to protect them from temptations. If your father refuses, then know that bringing your family to you is not an act of disobedience to him, as there is no obedience to a creature in defiance of the Creator.
