"Whoever is able to block or erase websites of polytheism, sorcery, and vice, without causing a greater harm, let him do so, based on the : 'Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is not able, then with his tongue; if he is not able, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith.' If this cannot be achieved except through protected programs, then there is no harm, from the perspective of committing the lesser of two evils to ward off the greater."
