Changing eye color through the subconscious has no scientific basis, no religious evidence, and no documented experiments. It is not permissible to do it or rely on it. Whoever depends on a means that Sharia has not designated as such has committed a minor shirk. Means that have no effect according to Sharia, custom, or experience are of no benefit.
