What is the ruling on stopping work administratively only to benefit from social housing, while continuing to work with full rights, obtaining an unemployment certificate, and not being affiliated with social security?

As long as the cessation of work is not real, the unemployment certificate obtained is fraudulent and false, as is the non-registration with social security. Consequently, anything resulting from this is undeserved. The conditions for obtaining housing must also be observed and correspond to reality, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
